Organization Hierarchy
There are a number of ways in which a company can be organized. A hierarchical structure needs a lot of approvals from the top to the bottom in order to carry out even a small task. Most people might not like this arrangement as there is hardly any delegation of power. People generally prefer the open model in which there is free interaction among all the employees.
